3D Printing Does the Impossible – Brings Manufacturing Jobs Back to USA

You read that right.  Only something innovative and highly creative (America’s comparative advantage) could have done it.  This is appealing the economics geek in me big time.

Reebok designed a wicked looking sole for their new line of shoes.  It’s made from a unique liquid material that’s 3D printed.  Manufacturing will commence in Lincoln, RI starting in early 2017.  Not sure how many jobs were created, but we’ve got to start somewhere!
